Poundland Haul (Nail Stickers & Charms)

Since the last time I popped into Poundland I found such amazingly cheap nail products I thought I'd go back and see what else I could find.! All for £1 each.!.!.

These stickers are of Dragon Flies, Stars and Flowers both in Silver and Black with little rhinestones. All very cute.!.!.

These Floral Nail Stickers are a little larger. I presume for when your nails are significantly longer or I guess for a strong bold nail? They come in predominantly black with some pink, purple and white petals. Very cute but bold.

And finally these 3D Floral Nail Charms with a rhinestone at the center. I am super excites about these two.!.! Especially considering how much I loved the last Aurora Nail Bow Nail Charms.

So have you tried any of these yet?

Blue Star Nail Art (Topshop)

I decided to do this really cute blue star nail art design for one of my besties birthday dinner..(because she's a star ;)

As these Stars were white with a dark and light blue outline I decided to use my 17 Fast Finish Nail Polish in Bolt from the Blue as the base colour to help the star stand out but to also follow the Pastel trend.
You can get these Stars from the Nail Art packet from Topshop for only £2.50.!.

So if you want to do these:
  • Paint your nails a plain light blue colour. ((Make sure they are completely dry!!!!))
  • Then take the Stars out and get them ready.
  • With a clear nail polish paint a dot to the area you will stick it to.
  • Stick the Star onto the dot and hold it down till dry.
  • Then paint over the nail and star again in clear nail polish to fully secure it in place!

You can use other colour combinations but I thought this would look the cutest and most subtle.

P.S. These Stars are little harder to stick than the bows from my previous post: "French Pink Bow Nail Art (Topshop)"as they have five thin corners.!. So I would suggest using a needle to press each corner individually as its close to drying.

French Pink Bow Nail Art (Topshop)

Today I went to a Beautiful Baby Girls Christening and so I felt inspired to do this really cute easy pink bow nail art design.

These really cute pink bows were bought from a Nail Art set (£2.50 from Topshop) which as you can see below also bring a selection of Pink Bows, Cupcakes, Hearts, and Stars.

So to do these:

  • Paint your nails a plain light pink colour (French Pink - from a nail set given to me in Christmas so any will do.) ((Make sure they are completely dry!!!!))
  • Then take the bows out and get them ready.
  • With a clear nail polish paint a line to the area you will stick it.
  • Stick the Bow onto the line and hold it down till dry.
  • Then paint over the nail and bow again in clear nail polish to fully secure it in place!

P.S. These are sort of 3D and so they will feel slightly odd on the nail and may get caught in hair....so gurls do your hair first!!
