Oxford Street Haul (H&M, TOPSHOP and PULL&BEAR)

So last Thursday I went out with my bestie from Summer’s Beauty on a Budget as she was leaving to back to UNI on the weekend L
So of course we met up to go for a spot of shopping and catching up!

First stop was TOPSHOP.!.!.!. Now I wasn’t really intending on buying anything but when I saw this Tartan Print Bag I just had to buy it. I know what you’re thinking… but I’m serious I needed a new bag and this is just the perfect length, size and colour. I love the Green and Dark Blue Tartan print amongst the Black and quite frankly it was a bargain.!. Down from £30 to just a mere £10.!.!. Plus it was the last one left….
You guys also know I’m obsessed with Nail Art and so nothing could stop me from buying the TOPSHOP Halloween Character Nail Wraps for just £1 especially as they were £3 before.!.!.!. I don’t care if Halloween is 10 months away! I can always put them away and attempt to remember to use them…..heheheheh.

Next stop was H&M a store I practically live in. I managed to get myself two Black Skirts. One a thick Black Wrap Detail Skirt down from £7.99 to £5 and a simple Black Jersey Skirt for £3.99.

I also got these two gorgeous pieces of jewellery for £2 as it was buy one get one free.!.!.!.!. So the Arrow Bangles were for £2 and an Arrow Head Ear Cuff Earning for £1. I’ve dying to get myself an Ear Cuff and so this was a perfect opportunity to get one without breaking the bank ;)

And last but not least we visited Pull & Bear where bought myself a Black T-Shirt down from £7.99 to £3.99. I couldn’t say no as it was so cheap and Summer’s bad influence ;) but to be honest I like the print on it so meh.

Out of everything the thing I love the most is the bag as I know I will absolutely wear it to the max.!.!.
What have you guys gotten from these stores or in the sales?

Nail Art Deco (Topshop)

You may or may not know that I love nail art.!. I'm constantly following and looking for nail art blogs or instagram-ers?...so if you guys can recommend me some let me know.!
Anyway back to the point. I just wanted to show you guys these two little goodies I got from Topshop a while back. (I kinda forgot I hadn't posted it.....hehehehehe.!.)

First I got these Flower Nail Decals for £2.50.!. I think all of these are sooo cute and I can't wait for my nails to grow just that little bit longer to try them out.!. (Of course you can use these with short nails...but I just tend to complicate my life for no reason at all.)

You can get these online ---> here <---

And the other packet I got were these Creature/Animal Nail Art Decals also for £2.50. Initially I only got them for the Lady Birds as they just look adorable.!. But as I hadn't really used them and didn't really plan to. I decided to gift them to a younger cousin of mine who's really into Arts and Crafts, and girly stuff.

I couldn't find these particular ones online but if you pop into a Topshop with a Make-up stand you should be able to find them. (I got them from the Oxford Street Store in London)

Have you tried or got these?

Blue Star Nail Art (Topshop)

I decided to do this really cute blue star nail art design for one of my besties birthday dinner..(because she's a star ;)

As these Stars were white with a dark and light blue outline I decided to use my 17 Fast Finish Nail Polish in Bolt from the Blue as the base colour to help the star stand out but to also follow the Pastel trend.
You can get these Stars from the Nail Art packet from Topshop for only £2.50.!.

So if you want to do these:
  • Paint your nails a plain light blue colour. ((Make sure they are completely dry!!!!))
  • Then take the Stars out and get them ready.
  • With a clear nail polish paint a dot to the area you will stick it to.
  • Stick the Star onto the dot and hold it down till dry.
  • Then paint over the nail and star again in clear nail polish to fully secure it in place!

You can use other colour combinations but I thought this would look the cutest and most subtle.

P.S. These Stars are little harder to stick than the bows from my previous post: "French Pink Bow Nail Art (Topshop)"as they have five thin corners.!. So I would suggest using a needle to press each corner individually as its close to drying.

French Pink Bow Nail Art (Topshop)

Today I went to a Beautiful Baby Girls Christening and so I felt inspired to do this really cute easy pink bow nail art design.

These really cute pink bows were bought from a Nail Art set (£2.50 from Topshop) which as you can see below also bring a selection of Pink Bows, Cupcakes, Hearts, and Stars.

So to do these:

  • Paint your nails a plain light pink colour (French Pink - from a nail set given to me in Christmas so any will do.) ((Make sure they are completely dry!!!!))
  • Then take the bows out and get them ready.
  • With a clear nail polish paint a line to the area you will stick it.
  • Stick the Bow onto the line and hold it down till dry.
  • Then paint over the nail and bow again in clear nail polish to fully secure it in place!

P.S. These are sort of 3D and so they will feel slightly odd on the nail and may get caught in hair....so gurls do your hair first!!
